Is wearing a gold ring and a silver ring together tacky?
Alright. So I have this gold ring with 4 small square diamonds on it that belonged to my grandma that I like to wear on my left middle finger. And then I have a sterling silver ring that has two roses on it that I wear on my right ring finger. The silver has an antique looking finish, with black detailing on the petals and leafs and such. I was just wondering what people’s opinions about wearing these rigs together are. They both mean a lot to me, but I feel like they’re such different styles that they maybe look ridiculous when they’re worn together. Thanks for your opinion!
Absolutely not! Especially since they mean so much to you. I wear different colored jewelry all the time, and I feel as if wearing them together really brings out my personality and what type of person i am. Nothing can really be tacky if you think about it; even if you wore a neon green ring with a gold one or a silver one, it would still match. So make your grandma proud and wear both rings!
